I have lost an unbelievable 5 lbs in seven days. Although the diet becomes repetitive with the food you are able to ear, I never got hungry – all while I was losing weight. Losing weight is what matters on this diet, and I can deal with the lack of variety temporarily. |

In the eleven days on the diet I was able to lose 8 lbs – of hopefully more than just water weight. I have decided to try it for another eleven days and judge the results on that, it could go either way for me at this point. I am just happy about the 8 lbs. |

I was looking on the internet for a calorie counter one day when I came across fat loss 4 idiots. Of course, like any other diet you need motivation, willpower and support but this has been the best money I have ever spent on a diet. It is one of the easiest diets I have ever tried to follow because it is food that I already eat, and love. The diet says that you are supposed to lose 9 lbs in eleven days, well – I have been losing an average of 4-5 every eleven days and am still happy with that number. It’s so worth it, the results are better than every other diet that I have tried, and the three day period where I can choose what I eat gives me the motivation to finish. The water requirements were hard to follow at first, so were the exercises but I am getting there, drinking all of the water while doing Pilates and walking daily. There is not one single person I know that has tried the diet and not seen great results, everyone loves it including me! |

I didn’t want to try the diet alone so I enlisted my husband. We are on the first cycle and he has lost 11 lbs, while I have lost 8. Although we are looking forward to the three days off we are going to try not to cheat too much because we don’t want the pounds to reappear. Although the food is repetitive, only 14 options for the 44 meals we are feeling fuller than ever. We found success with making food fun and preparing it different ways. |

Before starting the diet I was going to make sure to have a great meal with my daughter. I began the diet weighing in at 262 lbs and I have lost 8 lbs after a week. I decided to try the diet after I was experiencing low energy levels, and I wanted to get back to my weight of 230 lbs. There is always a lot to eat, and I enjoy the food, but you need to think of different and creative ways to prepare it so it does not get too boring. This is one of the easiest diets that I have ever tried. |

Both times that I have tried the diet for the eleven days I have lost 6 lbs. This time, my third, I have lost a total of 2 lbs and I am only on day 4! I have had good experiences with the website and enjoy the selection of food including: fruit, vegetables, roast, chicken, tuna – there are so many! |

I love this diet and I have only been on it for four days. IN the past I have tried many other diets like weight watchers, but gained all of the weight I had lost, back. It is time for something new, and fat loss 4 idiots, is that diet. I am confused about alcohol consumption with this diet, is it okay to drink a beer? I know you can drink one glass of wine with a meal – but if I drink beer a couple times a week will it affect my progress? |
